Trainer - Individual Support (Certificate III level)

WISE Employment are looking for an experienced, accredited trainer to deliver Individual Support (Certificate III level), based across Echuca and Bendigo.

You will:

  • Facilitate interactive, practical, and engaging face-to-face training
  • Guide learners through assessment activities and provide support as required
  • Maintain accurate assessment records and comply with national standards (support and mentoring provided)
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and the support team
  • Knowledge of aXcelerate SMS/LMS will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in delivering accredited training

What will you bring to the role?

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) TAE40122 or TAE40116
  • Previous experience in the desired field (ideally in a vocational or RTO setting)
  • Current valid Driver's Licence

Please note Mandatory Pre-employment Screenings will be required, this will include;

  • Australian National Police Check, including Right to work in Australia (conducted by WISE)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (fee payable by candidate)
  • Working with Children's Check (WWCC) (fee payable by candidate)
