At Primal Health Club, we're more than a gym – we're a community‑first health hub. We're looking for an energetic Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to help our members achieve their goals while growing your own career in a way that works for you

This role offers two distinct pathways – you'll need to select the one that fits your ambitions:

Pathway 1: Casual Fitness Coach

  • 5+ hours per week to start (Monday nights, 2-7 pm), with potential to grow hours
  • Program design, coaching, and creating an engaging, supportive member experience.

Pathway 2: Rent‑a‑Space Personal Trainer

  • Build your own PT business in our premium facility.
  • Flexible rental options and access to our strong member community.
  • Ideal for driven PTs who want independence with the backing of a respected club with standout equipment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III in Fitness (minimum requirement).
  • First Aid, CPR & Working With Children Check (current).
  • A friendly, proactive professional who thrives on member connection and results.
  • Someone eager to bring energy and initiative to our team culture.
