Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance and Administration to join our growing team in the Greater Sydney Area.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing all financial operations, administrative systems, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will play a key role in strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and process improvement across the business.

You'll lead the development of budgets, manage financial reporting, streamline administrative processes, and provide leadership that supports long-term growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and reporting.

Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.

Lead payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls.

Implement and enhance administrative systems and internal processes.

Manage supplier contracts, insurance, and company assets.

Provide analytical and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Support the wider team by promoting efficiency and accountability across all departments.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing financial statements, reporting, and compliance.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous but not essential
