Head of Commercial Finance, Asia, India & Middle East

This major FMCG organisation is searching for an experienced commercial finance leader to shape financial performance across a diverse, strategically critical region spanning Asia, India and the Middle East. With a portfolio contributing c.USD $500M+, this is a high-impact role overseeing market complexity, commercial execution, and long-range planning.

Reporting to the regional senior finance leader, you will partner closely with senior commercial heads across multiple countries, lead a capable senior team, and drive performance visibility, pricing excellence and strategic decision support in a highly matrixed environment. You will play a central role in portfolio decisions, customer investment strategies, channel prioritisation and commercial negotiation support.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record leading senior commercial finance leaders across multi-country portfolios
  • Deep exposure to the relevant regional markets within FMCG or manufacturing/distribution
  • Strong commercial partnering capability, able to influence at the ELT level and challenge constructively
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, IBP cycles and performance management
  • Skilled in pricing, margin improvement, customer investment decisions and scenario modelling
  • Comfortable navigating a matrix structure, global stakeholders and complex supply chains
  • Able to build high-performing teams and lift capability across diverse geographies
  • Gravitas, cultural agility and the credibility to operate across varied channels and customer environments
