National Networks Plus (NNP), a trusted not-for-profit staffing agency in aged care, Home Care, and Community services, is looking for a Workforce Planner - Rostering to join our dynamic scheduling team.

**About the Role**

As a Workforce Planner - Rostering, you will be the frontline contact for clients and staff, ensuring shifts are filled efficiently and effectively.

You'll play a key role in supporting NNP’s service delivery by creating well-coordinated rosters, responding to urgent client needs, and providing a positive experience for both clients and staff.

This role suits someone who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys building meaningful relationships with both clients and team members.

** Key Responsibilities**

- Act as the main point of contact for client roster and staffing requests.
- Coordinate rosters for Community (Disability & Youth), Aged Care, and Home Care services using best practice staffing strategies.
- Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency staffing needs.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to build strong, ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and rostering priorities.
- Complete handovers, maintain accurate documentation, and escalate any concerns as required.
- Contribute to WHS compliance and continuous improvement of rostering processes.
- Take a proactive approach to staff engagement by offering shift opportunities respectfully and equitably.

** Desirable Qualifications & Experience**

- Experience working in an agency or health/community services environment.
- Understanding of rostering principles and workforce KPIs.
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination.
