- Ongoing Full-Time
- Location: Eveleigh with access to flexible working arrangements available
- Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12 with base salary ranging from $149,739 to $173,174 per annum, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

There are exciting opportunities within the Application Services area where you will build or support the department's applications to support day-to-day school and corporate operations, reduce administrative burden and enhance work and learning experiences.
The successful candidate is motivated to manage SAP systems, integrations and process improvements, and is comfortable stepping into operational detail when required.
About the role:
- Manage the end-to-end process of defining, testing, releasing as well as SAP system upgrades and enhancements
- Mitigate risks to interconnected systems and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure such as Success Factors
- Enable HR and Payroll system changes such that they are structured for effective implementation as per policies and standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP releases and system changes with end-user requirements and service-level agreements
- Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management for SAP HR and Payroll modules and perform SLA monitoring and ensure business-critical payroll cycles run smoothly
- Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate and concise reports for management and senior executive on SAP enhancements
- Oversee the development of comprehensive SAP documentation, including system roadmaps, change requests, technical guides, and issue-resolution records
- Meet audit requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations for change management processes
- Provide evidence, reporting and samples to the team/s responsible for cyber security to enable the department to maintain compliance with system security.
- Manage a team of less than 11 staff
About you:
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a medium sized team
- Demonstrated experience in HR or Finance is desirable
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA migration, and other integration project
- Extensive SAP system experience, including practical maintenance, issue resolution, and optimisation.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels as well as non-technical colleagues
- Be confident driving change and system enhancements in a matrix organisation
- Good attention to detail
