About the Role

The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Canon Business Agents by handling administrative tasks related to hardware and software sales. By coordinating essential back-office function such as order processing, inventory tracking/delivery/install, CRM updates, the Sales Coordinator ensures that sales Canon Business Agents can focus on engaging with customers and prospects, and closing deals. This role enhances the efficiency of the sales team, streamlining processes and reducing distractions, ultimately contributing to increased sales productivity and customer satisfaction.

This is a Macquarie Park based role reporting to the Sales Manager – Canon Partner Channel.

Scope of Role

  • Navigating and using tools and systems that drive and support Sales - Microsoft Office Suite of products, Salesforce (SFDC) CRM Assist, any software used within the Canon business to drive and support (DocuSign, Salesforce, SPARK, D365. My Canon Business, CDSS).
  • Assist Canon Business Agents and Sales Manager in resolving both internal and external customer issues and escalate to the Team Leader where necessary.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to Canon Business Agents and Sales Managers
  • Manage data input/accuracy within sales related database (SFDC) including order processes and Forecasting
  • Collaborate with various departments to effectively address and resolve customer issues, ensuring clear communication.
  • Assist in the onboarding of CBA's and CBA-Teams New Hires-Including all required documentation.

About You

You are someone who is a natural at managing stakeholders and loves thriving in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent planning, organising skills and feel comfortable multi-tasking when working with competing priorities. You may have worked in an administration or sales role and are looking for an opportunity to grow with an established brand. Previous experience in liaising with sales teams both locally and internationally will be highly regarded as will your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
