  • Salary range: $116,068 - $130,739 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About you

You are an experienced leader with experience in the provision of career guidance services. You are a clear communicator who has highly developed skills in building, leading and motivating teams. You are experienced in career management and have a deep understanding of the issues facing our graduates in the higher education landscape.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team who delivers services to students and academics to support career development and employability skills for students. You will develop key strategies and oversee their implementation across the University along with operational management of the Career Services area.

This role will move into the Adelaide University structure as the Manager, Career Development in the Careers and Employability unit within the Student Engagement Function of the Student Experience & Success Portfolio.
