**Your new company**:

This position is a permanent part-time role for 37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and success.
- Manage the student services team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the coordination of student events, activities, and support programs.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and regulatory requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working with Children’s Clearance (required)
- First Aid Certificate (required)
- Proven experience within student services or a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
