Spa Coordinator – Unley & Semaphore

Front of House | Client Care | Admin Support | Flexible Hours

We're looking for a vibrant, organised and caring Spa Coordinator to become the welcoming face of Temple Day Spa. This role blends luxury service with admin coordination in a fast-paced but deeply supportive environment.

Duties Include:

  • Greeting & hosting clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing bookings (phone, online, in-person)
  • Gift voucher and retail product sales
  • Hosting group bookings
  • Supporting front desk & general admin tasks
  • Working alongside our spa team to deliver seamless experiences

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, or salon (front desk a bonus)
  • Strong communication, time management & multitasking skills
  • Friendly, calm, and confident personality
  • Tech-savviness – Timely or Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Impeccably spoken and presented
