About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesperson to drive our sales efforts and foster lasting relationships with local clients. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a proven track record in industrial pump sales, who understands the unique challenges and opportunities in the WA Region. This full-time role is based in Wangara.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key strategic accounts
  • Understand our client's business goals and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Negotiate and secure new business
  • Provide regular and timely communication to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations and finance, to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within your client accounts
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and other networking activities.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in an account management or key client relationship role, preferably within the pump industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
