Emu Park State School is seeking applications for an experienced school leader to join our school community in our Deputy Principal position.

The successful applicant will join the school's leadership team, working alongside the Principal, Head of Curriculum, Head of Special Education Services, and Business Manager to drive the school's vision and priorities forward.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
