Container Transport Pty Ltd is a leading provider of container transport services across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast. We specialise in import and export container logistics and are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with customers, and expanding our client base. This role is suited for someone with strong sales experience in the transport, logistics, or container industry who can deliver results and add value to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in container transport and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage pricing in line with company policies.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the transport/logistics industry.
  • Strong industry network and ability to generate leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
