This is a rare opportunity to lead a major HR technology transformation across the APAC region for a leading food manufacturing organisation. As Project Manager, you will spearhead the rollout of the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee integration with Payroll systems.

Acting as the central liaison between the overseas implementation team and APAC stakeholders, you'll ensure seamless delivery, alignment, and adoption across Australia and New Zealand.

This 12-month fixed-term role will be pivotal in driving digitisation, standardisation, and cultural adoption across a complex, operational workforce.

Key Focus Areas

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of Cornerstone across APAC operations.
  • Act as the key link between the UK implementation team and local APAC stakeholders.
  • Manage delivery across both Cornerstone and Payroll system projects.
  • Oversee integration activities between Cornerstone, Elmo, Kronos and MicroPay.
  • Drive change management and user adoption (approx. 50% of the role).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define project scope, timelines and governance frameworks.
  • Engage HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and integration partners.
  • Lead communications, training and go-live readiness across multiple sites.
  • Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement post-implementation.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering LMS, Payroll or HR tech implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability across multiple regions and functions.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and integration partners.
  • Demonstrated understanding of change management in operational environments.
  • Background in manufacturing, FMCG or complex workforce-driven organisations is desirable.

You Are

  • Highly organised with strong delivery discipline.
  • Skilled at building trust across global and local stakeholder groups.
  • Capable of leading change in environments transitioning from manual to digital systems.
  • Comfortable working in a structured yet fast-moving transformation setting.
