THE ROLE

Due to ongoing growth, the company is seeking a Meat Breeder Production Manager. This position offers excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development while contributing to the efficiency and profitability of poultry farming operations. Applicants must have proven experience in broiler breeder management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve optimal production performance on the farm.
  • Foster a positive culture of growth, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to biosecurity, welfare, safety and quality systems.
  • Oversee farm management training and development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least three years' experience in broiler breeder management.
  • Prior experience in leading a livestock team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Only those with current work rights in Australia will be considered.

LOCATION

Gatton Area, South-East Queensland.

REMUNERATION

A generous remuneration package will be negotiated with successful candidates. Free on-farm accommodation consisting of 3 bed, 2 bath house and utilities will be provided.
