Qualifications & Experience:

  • To be successful, you'll need:
  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
     (or TAE40116 with required upgrades)
  • Relevant qualifications in Health, 
    Aged Care, Disability, Mental health or Community Services
  • Minimum 
    2 years industry experience
     in a care-related role
  • Strong understanding of 
    compliance, legislation, and person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Tasks & Responsibilities:

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will:

  • Deliver nationally accredited training in 
    CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support,
     
    CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support, CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability support, CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental health and/or CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and health.
  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited short courses
  • Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences in both classroom and workplace settings
  • Assess student competency in line with training package requirements
  • Provide mentorship and support to learners from diverse backgrounds
  • Maintain compliance with RTO standards and contribute to continuous improvement
