Qualifications & Experience:
- To be successful, you'll need:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
(or TAE40116 with required upgrades) - Relevant qualifications in Health,
Aged Care, Disability, Mental health or Community Services - Minimum
2 years industry experience
in a care-related role - Strong understanding of
compliance, legislation, and person-centred care - Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Tasks & Responsibilities:
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will:
- Deliver nationally accredited training in
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support,
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support, CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability support, CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental health and/or CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and health. - Deliver accredited and non-accredited short courses
- Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences in both classroom and workplace settings
- Assess student competency in line with training package requirements
- Provide mentorship and support to learners from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain compliance with RTO standards and contribute to continuous improvement
