Workshop Controller
We are seeking a someone with great organizational skills and a cool head to become our Workshop Controller.
This is a senior role, so you will need to have worked as a Workshop Controller, Foreman or Senior Technician and hold a current Mechanical Trade Qualification.
Proof of your eligibility to work in Australia and a valid Australian Manual Driver's License are also essential.
As the linchpin of our workshop, you'll be acting as support to the Service Manager and Service Advisors, so you'll need to have a knack for keeping good working relationships with all departments.

You'll also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills as you'll be responsible for supervising the quality of all work performed in the workshop, and ensuring it is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
An eye for detail is essential as well to maintain our Fixed Right First Time work ethic.
