This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew in Newcastle of 20+ staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

One week you could be installing and commercial landscape for a Tier 1 in the heart of Newcastle and the next you could be delivering harbourfront parks on the coast.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods

**THE DUTIES**
- Read and interpret design plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report into the Company Directors
- Cost tracking and forecasting

**BACKGROUND**
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
