We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in digital marketing, email campaign execution, and web dev support with a sharp focus on driving results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Campaigns (EDMs)
- Plan, schedule, and execute weekly/monthly EDMs aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with the content team to source copy, imagery, and brand assets.
- Create light graphic design (banners, headers, product collages) to ensure emails are visually on-brand.
- Build and QA campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring links, segmentation, and CTAs function flawlessly.
2. Email Flows & Automations
Manage and optimise lifecycle flows, including:
Welcome series
- Abandoned cart/browse
- Post-purchase (thank you, upsell, cross-sell)
- Win-back/replenishment
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and send times to improve performance.
- Report on metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue contribution) and recommend improvements.
3. Website & Ecommerce Support
- Assist with website updates, including homepage refreshes, new creative uploads, and product page tweaks.
- Ensure alignment between email campaigns and site content.
- Troubleshoot and fix simple Shopify issues (page updates, collection adjustments, basic site edits).
About You
- 1–3 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or website development.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESP).
- Familiarity with Shopify and basic website management.
- Strong eye for detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and drive improvements.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and a proactive attitude.
- Previous website development experience
