Iteration Manager, Project Forward
Your Role
We're seeking a passionate and proactive Iteration Manager to lead the design and delivery coordination of our flagship FORwARD pipeline. In this key role, you'll drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

You'll identify and escalate delivery risks, support program-level mitigation, and provide transparent updates to senior leadership. As a champion of Agile practices, you'll help mature our teams' ways of working, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and speed-to-value delivery. You'll also manage the BAU and project expense slate, track initiative benefits, and report regularly to the Appointed Actuary and Leadership Team.

This is a 24 month fixed term contract based in Naarm (Melbourne).

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Lead or Scrum Master in technology change delivery.
  • Proven track record in operating effectively within a complex actuarial and statistical environment as Delivery Lead or Scrum Master.
  • Deep understanding of the organization and its key drivers.
  • Skilled at engaging with senior executives and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Autonomous worker who excels at prioritizing and managing tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments across diverse workstreams from start to finish.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player, effective in fast-paced environments.
