Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver ATM-related projects across our banking network. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including upgrades, deployments, compliance initiatives, and integration of new ATM technologies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors (such as NCR), and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ATM-related projects, including hardware/software upgrades, new deployments, and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Collaborate with vendors (e.g., NCR), internal IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, EMV) and internal security policies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and executive updates.
  • Coordinate testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing ATM or self-service banking technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of ATM infrastructure, software platforms, and vendor ecosystems (e.g., NCR, Diebold Nixdorf).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
