The Role
This exciting role will provide end-to-end legal leadership across Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific (DNAP), supporting operations and strategic projects while ensuring compliance, governance, and risk management. As a member of the DNAP Leadership Team, you will advise senior stakeholders and contribute to corporate initiatives, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing end-to-end legal support to DNAP operations and strategic projects.
· Leading DNAP Asia Legal function with support of Legal Counsel in Indonesia and active participation in growth activities in the region.
· Ensuring ongoing legal support for business-as-usual (BAU) activities and contract management.
· Active participation in the Dyno Leadership Team with a dotted line report to the Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer
· Advising on regulatory compliance, governance, and dispute resolution.
· Participating in corporate major projects and transactions (e.g. M&A) across the broader DNAP Group.

What you'll bring
· A commitment to contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture
· Admission as a solicitor in Australia (or equivalent overseas qualifications and taking steps to be admitted in Australia)
· Post qualification experience, ideally with senior in house and top tier law firm background
· Strong legislative comprehension and commercial acumen
· Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
· Ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide guidance and leadership
