You will have a portfolio of contract and permanent roles that are engineering and project focused, with other disciplines as they arise.

You'll need to explore diverse recruitment strategies and partner with leaders to attract and secure top talent for their teams.

Reporting to the Resourcing Manager and working with a global team of recruitment experts, your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, while coaching and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Proactively sourcing talent for both active roles and pipeline opportunities, using diverse methods such as social platforms, referrals, and events.
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment in collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Leading resourcing initiatives, including process improvements, diversity and inclusion, reporting, and marketing/branding activities.
  • Delivering a high level of candidate care by ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Who are you?

  • An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with exposure to engineering, resources, or construction, either in-house or agency.
  • A relationship builder who knows how to connect with people, whether it's the candidates you source or the hiring leaders you partner with.
  • A head-hunter with experience in sourcing passive candidates and confidence in using a range of methods, including social platforms, to find exceptional talent.
  • A team player who naturally collaborates, knowing it takes more than one person to hire and onboard a new employee.
  • An organiser who effectively manages the juggle of candidates and stakeholders, ensuring no detail is missed when arranging interviews, offers, and onboarding.
