We are seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join our high performing team, ensuring the timely fulfillment of delivery schedules.
Full training will be provided. During the training period you will be required to work between 6am-2pm but going forward the role will operate between the hours of 8am-4pm.
What will you be responsible for?
- Plan and schedule daily transport to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Maintain and update delivery information through system entries.
- Manage back orders to minimise delays.
- Provide backup support to the Customer Service team as required.
What do you need to bring to the table?
- Transport / supply chain experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A safety mindset and the ability to proactively lead by example
- EXO experience desirable
- Highly organised and great attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- A great work ethic
