**About the opportunity**

We are recruiting for Trainers and Assessors to deliver the Certificate IV in Employment Services. The primary responsibility of Trainer/Assessors is to deliver training programs in accordance with relevant contractual and compliance requirements.

Trainer/Assessors are required to prepare, deliver and monitor student progress and provide support and guidance to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.

There are opportunities to work onsite across multiple states or remotely from home. Training can be delivered in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online via Zoom and live webinars.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience within the employment services industry
- Training & assessment experience in classroom, workplace and/or online settings
- Certificate IV in Employment Services
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or demonstrated relevant experience
- Must pass and have a current Police Check and pass a Working with Children Check
- Diploma or Degree qualification in the field of education and training or business, preferred not essential
