**Opportunity**

As a Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions, equipping our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to respond to emergencies. Your role involves providing both theoretical and practical training, including hands-on simulations, to ensure our students are well-prepared for real-life situations. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable speaking in front of groups, and present with confidence.

- TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting engaging and informative First Aid training sessions for participants both online and in-person.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive learning experience for all students.
- Sharing your expertise in First Aid/CPR to equip students with essential life-saving skills.

**Requirements**:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent to TAE40122)
- Previous training experience or transferable skills from relevant fields
- A minimum of three to five years teaching experience and industry currency
- Confident and effective communication skills, with the ability to present material clearly, concisely, and engagingly
- Comfortable delivering training to groups with confidence
- Ability to work independently with strong organisational skills
- Demonstrated excellence in training course delivery and assessment (face to face and online)
- Experience in providing constructive and timely feedback to students on learning and assessment
- Ability to contextualised and develop new content
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Experience using a student or learning management system such as RTO or Moodle, experience delivering online will be highly regarded
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel to various training locations
- Hold or be willing to obtain an ABN for invoicing purposes
- Keeping current with the First Aid Training Package and staying informed on industry trends and developments.

**If you are successful in this role, you will be required to provide**:

- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
- A current Driver’s Licence (Car).
