At One Composites, we're redefining the future of advanced composites with cutting-edge robotics and digital manufacturing. Home to the Southern Hemisphere's largest VSF-3D robotic gantry system—combining large-scale additive manufacturing with high-precision 5-axis CNC machining—and a powerful robotic arm for fine CNC tasks, we're seeking motivated CNC & Robotics Operators to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines and robotic CNC systems, including the VSF-3D gantry and robotic arm.
  • Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Program CNC and robotic systems using CAM software (Fusion, RoboDK, NC Corrector, etc.).
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC and robotic equipment.
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work safely at all times and contribute to a strong safety culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous CNC or robotics experience is highly regarded, but we're also open to developing candidates with strong technical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and toolpath generation (or willingness to learn).
  • Familiarity with robotic simulation tools (ABB Robot Studio, RoboDK) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and production needs.
