About the Role

Stella Engineering is seeking skilled CNC machinists to join our growing team in Berkeley Vale. In this full-time role, you'll play an integral part in producing precision components for high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and program CNC machines (including lathes and machining centres) to manufacture precision parts
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine machining processes
  • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control metrics
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation across various machine types
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and quality assurance
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation with accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Availability to work afternoon shift
  • Australian Citizenship is essential
