The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plant Manager, to oversee all business operations of our flagship, Murray Bridge Beef processing plant. With a focus on continuous improvement and operational optimisation, WHS, P&L and workforce performance, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact to the business.

Due to continued growth, Murray Bridge operations also have a future site expansion planned, with future operations increasing. Supported by a project team, this role will be a key leader in the planning, execution and implementation of the expansion. Integrating and optimising process operations.

  • Management of entire Beef processing plant
  • WHS and food safety focus
  • P&L management
  • Strategic and operational management
  • GMP and HACCP environment
  • Stakeholder engagement and reporting

What We Are Looking For

  • Formal qualifications in Meat or Food Processing or relevant experience
  • Significant and successful experience in a leadership role, preferably in a meat processing environment
  • Strong commercial mindset and capability to maximise revenue
  • Understanding of the beef industry and full utilisation of product
  • Ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement challenges
  • High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Effective delegation and time management skills
