**About the role**

You will be a key member of our Murray Bridge retail store team and often be a key point of contact with our customers. In this role you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by **Stratco** and be willing to participate in regular training relating to **Stratco’s** products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

**Key responsibilities**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety procedures and other policies
- Heavy lifting as required

**About you**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Merchandising and operational skills advantageous
- The ability to build your customer base and attract and manage trades business
- Proven selling skills
- Willingness to be forklift trained
- Possess a genuine desire to succeed
