About the role

River Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our dynamic team in Murray Bridge, SA. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished landscaper who thrives in a hands-on, outdoor environment and is passionate about creating outstanding landscapes.

What you'll be doing

  • Executing all aspects of landscaping projects, including reading plans, site preparation, execution of hardscaping elements, irrigation & planting and ongoing maintenance
  • Operation of power tools & machinery in a safe manner
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and transforming it into exceptional outdoor spaces
  • Utilising your expertise in horticulture, irrigation, and construction to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
  • Mentoring and training junior team members to develop their skills
  • Maintaining detailed records and providing progress updates to the project manager

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Landscaper or in a similar trade/ hands-on role
  • Strong knowledge of landscape construction
  • Proficient in the use of landscaping equipment and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to safety
  • A driven individual who can deliver high quality landscapes
  • Must have a car licence
