**The Opportunity**

We are seeking multiple full-time Maintenance Labourers to work across multiple locations and will be primarily responsible for the coordination and management of tasks associated with plant/equipment. Travel between sites is an expectation and you are required to maintain a current driver's licence. An attractive above award salary, coupled with training and professional development, will be offered to the successful applicants.

**Starting salary on offer: $26.65 per hour - permanent full time hours** including causal opportunities available

Locations include:

- Roaming South team -(Tailem Bend, Murray Bridge, Brinkley)

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor/Production Manager, the role responsibilities include:

- Assisting and performing general fitting, welding, fabricating, machining and equipment maintenance/installation
- Undertaking a pro-active role in fault finding and preventative maintenance
- Maintaining a high-quality environment for the welfare and well-being of stock
- Assisting tradesmen and contractors when necessary
- Carrying out specified methods, controlled procedures and operational infrastructure
- Upholding a strong work ethic

As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must:

- Have a basic knowledge of tool skills
- Be committed to upholding the highest levels of animal welfare and bio-security standards
- Sound communication and effective time management skills
- A current driver's licence
- A preparedness to work flexible hours (including some weekends and public holidays)
- Be physically fit and able to cope with the physical demands of the role, which includes working with animals and manual handling tasks including lifting
- Have a positive attitude towards the intrinsic values of trust, integrity, agility, quality, innovation and unity
