About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Integrity and Investigations Officer to join our Audit & Integrity team at eHealth and SDPRIA NSW.
In this critical role, you will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of our organisation's integrity program, helping to identify, prevent, and respond to integrity risks including serious wrongdoing while promoting ethical conduct across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Audit & Integrity, you will contribute to the delivery of the fraud and corruption control plan and foster a strong 'speak up' culture. You'll also plan and conduct investigations and support external investigators in complex cases.

In this role, you will:
- Deliver and support the integrity program, maintain the fraud and corruption control plan, and promote ethical behaviour across the organisation.
- Manage public interest disclosures in line with policy and legislation, protect reporters, and ensure allegations are addressed appropriately.
- Deliver investigations into serious wrongdoing, gather evidence, and conduct interviews in consultation with the Head of Audit and Integrity.
- Coordinate with external investigators and assist in complex cases.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Qualifications in a relevant field (Certificate IV in Government Investigations is desirable) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience conducting and managing investigations in a government context, including conducting interviews and gathering evidence
- Strong understanding of integrity frameworks and public sector compliance requirements.
