About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in safeguarding the continuity and resilience of one of NSW Health's most transformative digital programs—the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR). As the Business Resilience Senior Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that ensure the organisation is prepared for, and can effectively respond to, business disruptions and emergencies. You will work closely with executive leadership, emergency management teams, and key stakeholders across NSW Health to embed a culture of preparedness, drive continuous improvement, and ensure critical services remain operational during times of crisis. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare delivery in NSW.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Extensive experience in business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery planning within large, complex organisations
  • Strong knowledge of NSW Health Emergency Management and NSW Incident Coordination Framework
  • Proven ability to lead organisational responses during major disruptions, including activating and managing business continuity plans
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business resilience frameworks, policies and procedures
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including LHDs, HealthShare NSW and emergency management teams.
