Featuring 380 guest rooms and suites, bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym with 8 flexible conference & function venues feature state-of-the-art, conference technology. The ballroom accommodates events of up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 230 guests for banquets.

Job Description

  • Supervising and leading a team of Food & Beverage Attendants, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of F&B services to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Promptly addressing operational issues, including customer enquiries, special requests, and complaints, to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service recovery.
  • Training, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure competency across all areas of conference and event operations, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timing meet the highest standards.
  • Assisting in the preparation of staff rosters, aligning workforce planning with weekly/monthly labor cost targets and operational demands.

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement, consistently striving to deliver exceptional experiences and find the "YES" in every situation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams to achieve high performance and service excellence.
  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling clear, confident, and effective interaction with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring every element of service and presentation meets the highest standards.
  • Extensive experience in both à la carte dining and conference & events operations, with a comprehensive understanding of service delivery in dynamic hospitality environments.
