We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Billing Senior Business Analyst. These roles will report to the Senior Manager Billing Demand & Delivery.

A bit about your role

As a Billing Senior Business Analyst at nbn, you will play a vital role in shaping how we deliver value across our Billing & Credit Services function. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to guide business change from concept through to implementation. Your focus will be on enabling revenue capability changes, supporting product releases, and ensuring billing and credit solutions are delivered with accuracy and care.

You will bring clarity to complex requirements, partnering with business units to understand their needs and translating them into actionable outcomes for our IT delivery teams. With a strong foundation in agile methodology and a deep understanding of billing systems and processes, you will help prioritise and prepare work for delivery, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals and ready for success. Your work will directly support the integrity of our billing operations and contribute to the financial wellbeing of the organisation.

A bit about you

You are an experienced business analyst who thrives in collaborative environments and brings a structured yet flexible approach to problem-solving. With a strong background in billing, revenue, and finance, you are confident facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and documenting business requirements. You understand the importance of getting the details right, especially when it comes to supporting testing, implementation, and release activities.

Your mindset is proactive and solutions-focused, and you're energised by the opportunity to work across teams to deliver meaningful change.
