We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to play a key role in the evolution and day-to-day support of our
billing, pricing, and forecasting platforms
. This role is essential to keeping operations reliable, compliant, and continuously improving across critical energy systems.


Your responsibilities

  • Take ownership of billing, pricing, and forecasting applications, ensuring smooth operations and system enhancements
  • Act as the key point of contact for SaaS vendors, managing performance, contracts, and escalations
  • Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, improve processes, and deliver practical solutions
  • Track and resolve system issues, ensuring defects are managed proactively
  • Safeguard data quality and deliver insights to support reporting and decision-making


Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in the
    energy or utilities sector
    , ideally with
    C&I billing, pricing, forecasting, or M2C systems
  • Proven background as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Excellent analysis, documentation, and communication skills
  • Understanding of
    AEMO, MSATS, B2B transaction flows, and NEM settlement processes

Expertise with Energy C&I billing, pricing and forecasting systems along with solid understanding of the billing system processes in C&I context:

  • NMI & metering ingestion
  • Network tariff integration
  • Pricing logic and validation
  • Invoice generation and delivery
  • Payment collections and reconciliation
  • Exceptions and dispute handling
  • Market compliance (e.g., AEMO, B2B obligations)
