**About the role**:
We’re looking for exceptional **Systems Manager** to join our Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek.

This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in the commissioning of our second Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) which will use world-class technology to modernise our Supply Chain. Epic in scale and design, our new facility represents the future of logistics.

As the Systems Manager, you’ll lead and manage the overall performance of the Information Technology Team and activities across the entire Automated Distribution Centre. Your positive team culture will ensure the delivery of a fast-paced service around IT support to minimise any potential impact to daily operations.

Primary duties include:

- Keep track of Service Level Agreements and ensure they’re met
- Develop business continuity and mitigation plans to limit operational downtime and achieve highest Overall Equipment Efficiency (O.E.E)
- Adhering to the correct incident, problem and change management processes
- Foster and maintain a work environment conducive to operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Deliver a high level of employee engagement, as well as the highest levels of safe working practices

**About you and your skills**:

- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or Engineering
- Several years management experience in a complex logistics, automated distribution or manufacturing environment
- A track record of success managing data centres, IT networks and providing service management in a distribution centre or manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in production support of large scale, complex mission-critical IT systems
- A level of project management experience with the ability to plan and drive outcomes to reduce the number of IT related issues
- Understanding of Supply Chain Systems, Hardware and processes including Warehouse and Labour Management systems
- The ability to build relationships and engage a broad range of stakeholders
- A familiarity with working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
