We're looking for a values-driven Relationships Officer to help us connect people with disability to psychologically informed, long-term employment support.

You'll be the trusted face of our service for Plan Managers and Support Coordinators, supporting new client referrals and helping families navigate the NDIS with clarity and compassion.

This role is ideal for someone who communicates with warmth, has a strong grasp of disability services, and thrives in a collaborative but autonomous environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with Plan Managers and Support Coordinators
  • Clearly communicate the scope and benefits of Work First's services
  • Support new clients and families during onboarding
  • Collaborate with our admin team to ensure contracts and schedules are accurate
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of NDIS/program updates
  • Maintain your weekly plan via Microsoft Teams
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a zero-exclusion ethos in every interaction

Who You Are

You're passionate about inclusion and bring professionalism, maturity, and integrity to every task. You're confident managing competing priorities and take pride in doing work that matters.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Confident using Microsoft Teams, shared drives, and client management systems
  • Familiar with Core and Capacity Building funding within the NDIS
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in disability, NDIS, allied health, or employment services
  • Current Police Check and WWC (or willingness to obtain)
