The Role

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients from sales acceptance through to handover. You'll ensure the process is managed smoothly, with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. While you will not be directly responsible for tasks such as preparing contracts, coordinating permits, or organising meetings, your strong knowledge across these areas will play a pivotal role in making the building journey seamless and positive for our clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in a customer-focused role within residential construction (knockdown/rebuild experience highly regarded).
  • A true team player who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working in a supportive environment.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving industry.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence in building strong client relationships and resolving challenges with professionalism.
