The Role

We're looking for a Video Marketing Producer who's equal parts creative and organised. You'll work alongside an Account Manager as a pod, partnering closely with clients to understand their business and audiences, then turning those insights into video campaigns that move the needle.

This role sits in the Delivery Team, the heartbeat of YourFilm. You'll be there from pitch meetings to final cut, bringing ideas, managing production, coordinating crew, and ensuring projects land on time and on budget.

What You'll Do

Creative & Strategy

  • Turn briefs into story-driven concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
  • Spot opportunities for clients to repurpose and amplify content across channels.
  • Stay on top of media and marketing trends to keep ideas fresh.

Production Management

  • Plan and manage shoots, from logistics to call sheets.
  • Keep projects on budget, reconcile costs, and move jobs through to invoice.
  • Schedule production milestones, track progress, and escalate issues early.
  • Manage the video drafts process with the clients and editing teams

Client & Crew Collaboration

  • Be a key point of contact for clients and cinematographers.
  • Gather brand assets, coordinate production calls, and manage feedback during post.
  • Book freelance crew, onboard new talent, and manage YourCrew platform updates.

What We're Looking For

  • This is a junior to mid level role
  • 2+ years' experience in video, marketing, events, or a related creative industry.
  • Hands-on production experience (social, corporate, campaign, or broadcast).
  • Strong organisational skills, you love detail and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with project management tools (we use ).
  • A practical, solutions-first mindset: you prioritise, take initiative, and get things moving.
  • Collaborative by nature, with the confidence to both ask for guidance and offer ideas.
  • Curious, flexible, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-moving environment.
