• Salary : $100,783 - $105,349 Based on level of experience, plus super

About the role

The Quality Advisor supports the development of organisational systems and processes to enhance practice, mitigate client and community risks, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. A key focus is managing VACCA's feedback and complaints portfolio, ensuring information is handled confidentially and sensitively, and that appropriate resolution procedures are implemented.

About You

The Quality Advisor supports the Senior Quality Advisor in promoting culturally safe engagement, maintaining strong relationships across the organisation, and ensuring compliance through audits, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role provides administrative support for quality systems, contributes to tailored staff training, and facilitates opportunities for stakeholder feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Requirements:
• Qualification in Community Services and/ or Diploma in Quality Auditing is highly regarded.
• Previous work experience in community sector and/or case management experience is highly regarded.
• Valid Police Check, a Working with Children's Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
