About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our passionate team You will be a key part of our food & beverage operations, ensuring that guests receive memorable experiences across our outlets, while leading and inspiring your team to achieve the high standards Amora is known for.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar team leader/supervisory role in food & beverage, ideally in a 5-star environment.
  • Guest Experience: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistently upholding our high standards.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead by example, motivating and training the team to deliver seamless service.
  • Flexibility: Available to work shifts across 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration among team members.
