Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Team Leader located in Brisbane, QLD. The Food & Beverage Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service standards are met, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Tasks include supervising staff, managing food service operations, maintaining service quality, and addressing customer needs and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Possess Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Food Service and Customer Service industries
  • Strong Service Standards and ability to maintain them
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
