Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology (SNP) is looking for a passionate and skilled Publications and Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based at our central laboratory in Bowen Hills, you will play a key role in creating, developing, and supporting a wide range of publications and digital communication projects.
About the RoleThis position supports both content creation and project coordination for a variety of internal and external communications. You'll also contribute to digital products and play a vital part in meeting the operational and strategic goals of SNP's Client Services team.

We're seeking a strong communicator with a proven ability to write and produce compelling, high-quality content. You'll be driven, organised, and collaborative, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
Essential Skills & Experience

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content—especially when interpreting complex scientific or technical information for different platforms (print, digital, and social media).

Sharp attention to detail, including the ability to proofread and edit both basic and complex documents.

An understanding of visual communication principles, or a willingness to develop these skills through training and feedback.

Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.

Professionalism and care in maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable Attributes

Experience in medical or scientific writing.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar multimedia tools.

Qualifications in medical science, journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, or related fields.
