About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, this role focuses on high-volume transactional tasks and supporting month-end processes.

You'll handle day-to-day reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, gift cards, customer deposits, and intercompany loans. You'll also support balance sheet reconciliations and help with the month-end close.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly interact with our store teams via email and phone to follow up on queries and resolve issues. This is a great opportunity to build your accounting skills in a fast-paced retail environment, working with a supportive team that values accuracy, ownership, and collaboration.

About You

• You're someone who never gets bored of the basics and have an "all in" team player mindset
• You are a can-do, positive person with a growth mindset and love having the freedom to make decisions
• You're a strong communicator, happy to answer the phone and speak to our people on the front line about finance related problems and queries
• You are someone who's able to proactively identify problems, analyse root causes, and develop effective solutions to improve processes and outcomes
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You've recently completed a degree in Business or Commerce, majoring in Accounting, and have already started (or are about to start) your CA or CPA studies.
• You've had some hands-on experience in an accounting role - whether through an internship, part-time job, graduate role, or early career role in public practice or industry. If you're a first-time mover from public practice, we'd love to hear from you
• You have exceptional organisation and time management skills and proven ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines
