Senior Property Manager

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager who wants to operate in a stable, structured, high-support environment.

You will take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio and be the trusted advisor to both investors and tenants. You will be supported by a hands-on leadership team, consistent systems, and a culture that values transparency, accountability and calm execution.

What you will be responsible for
  • Managing a residential portfolio of quality properties in the inner west
  • Building strong, ongoing relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor management
  • Managing rental arrears
  • Completing outgoing condition reports
  • Conducting routine inspections, with support of a Property Officer
  • Completing rent and lease reviews
  • Managing bond claims and attending NCAT when required
  • No accounts work required
What you bring
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
  • Strong communication and presentation capability
  • Proven ability to stay calm, organised and in control
  • Confident relationship builder with both clients and colleagues
  • Reliable car and valid driver's licence
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Experience with Property Tree and Microsoft Office
