**Location**: Sydney, Australia

**Employment Type**: Full-Time or 4 Days a Week (Sat, Sun, Tue, Fri - Flexible)
**Shifts**:

- **Weekdays**: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM
- **Weekends**: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Barista** to join our long-established café, where quality coffee and exceptional customer service come first. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy connecting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Crafting Exceptional Coffee**: You should have solid experience in coffee preparation, adjustments, and **Latte Art**, with the ability to work efficiently. We go through approximately **60kg of coffee beans per week**, so speed and consistency are essential.
**Customer-Facing Role**: You won’t just be behind the coffee machine - we need someone who can also **engage with customers at the register, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere**.
**Supporting the Team**: During quieter moments, you should be proactive in **helping with service**, whether it's running food, clearing tables, or ensuring customers have a great experience.
**Weekend Rush & Store Operations**: Weekends can be busy You should be **quick-thinking, hardworking, and adaptable**. Occasionally, you may be responsible for **opening and closing the store**.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
