Job Description
We are seeking experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of value streams across complex programs. You will be accountable for ensuring that delivery plans are executed effectively—on time, within scope, budget, and to the highest quality standards—while fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and enabling teams to thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead delivery across high-profile initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape continuous improvement in ways of working.
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining delivery plans, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. You will manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resources across value streams, while working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other delivery teams. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, leading Program Increment (PI) planning, driving DevOps hygiene, and continuously improving ways of working. You will also be accountable for communicating progress, resolving delivery impediments, and ensuring successful milestones across the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager (or similar role) in complex, large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects within a Federal Government environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Program Increment (PI) planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and fostering collaborative, outcome-driven environments.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivery outcomes and continuous improvement.
