We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of medium-sized projects or manage significant workstreams within a broader program.

You will be responsible for planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring delivery meets client expectations and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocation for assigned workstreams or projects.
  • Lead risk and issue management, including proactive mitigation strategies and reporting.
  • Maintain alignment between delivery activities and project objectives through active communication.
  • Coach delivery team members on Agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Prepare governance artefacts, participate in steering committees, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Supervision and Impact:

  • Operates with limited supervision and is accountable for delivery performance.
  • Leads delivery workstreams or small projects and influences internal and client stakeholders.
  • Supports continuous improvement of delivery methods and tools.
